We offer challenging internships to students and recent graduates from China and abroad who can bring talent, hard work, and willingness to learn and share to our cross-cultural team.
Tailored programs at The Schoolhouse or our Brickyard Retreat include mentors from our management team providing guidance and encouragement outside daily operations.
Our internships provide stipends, room & board near the Brickyard, and two nights week in hotel lodging in Beijing so interns have a chance to experience urban Beijing during their stay.
Our founder Jim Spear was invited to give this talk explaining our internship program to a TEDx conference in Hong Kong. Watch it to learn what he has learned mentoring more than 40 young people at The Schoolhouse.

The number of internships varies from year to year depending on who applies and our business requirements. There is no formal application process but we may ask you for a cv, references, and recommendations, and check them.
